- No. Many glass cook-tops do not generate enough heat to safely can.
- My pressure canner is not jiggling. What do I do?
- Please refer to the instruction manual to make sure the canner is vented properly. It does take approximately 30 minutes for the pressure regulator to jiggle after proper venting.
